My Story

I fell in love with cooking at the age of eight. I was inspired by my grandmother who was a professional cook and catered special events,

I started my culinary journey at the age of 16 with an imagination and palate for experimenting with flavors and writing recipes. I graduated from culinary school and worked my first internship at the prestigious Hotel ZaZa in Houston, Texas. My varied experiences came from Italian and Southern cuisines, among others.
