Anyone can serve and prepare food, but my approach is very different. I craft dishes that invigorate the palate and stir the soul. Only the freshest meats. herbs, and spices are used in my kitchen. My dishes are prepared with passion and love from scratch., culminating in a memorable experience for the diner. I invite you to partake om this culinary experience. My Story
I fell in love with cooking at the age of eight. I was inspired by my grandmother who was a professional cook and catered special events,
“I believe that food fuels the emotional experiences that bring people together,”
I started my culinary journey at the age of 16 with an imagination and palate for experimenting with flavors and writing recipes. I graduated from culinary school and worked my first internship at the prestigious Hotel ZaZa in Houston, Texas. My varied experiences came from Italian and Southern cuisines, among others.
My passion is for intimate mobile experiences, such as food trucks and local catering events to showcase my recipes and enjoy the love of food through people.
